Description of Justin Hammer:
Is released from prison near the end and lays low for a while. Observes Silvio's progress with the prototype suit that Silvio uses from afar and uses the info when building the Detroit Steel armor. Maybe off of Captain America Brave New World he offers the government help with Hulk deterrents? Detroit Steel armour could be more lethal than the hulk buster? Also has spent time in prison perfecting his designs? Rebrands as a "hero" in either Armour Wars (just my opinion) or She Hulk Season 3?
