Description of Super Grover (1990 - Theatrical):

An evil mastermind is plotting to rule the world by hypnotizing the inhabitants of Sesame Street to do bad things! Only the world's only strongest flying blue super monster, Super Grover can save the city but he cannot fight this battle alone, he calls his friends to become superheroes to stop this mustache-twirling menace and save Sesame Street!
