Description of Follow That Bird (1985 - Theatrical):

Big Bird is sent to live with the dodo bird family far away from Sesame Street by a pesky social worker named Miss Finch. Unhappy, he runs away from their home and is on the run back home where he belongs, prompting the rest of the Sesame Street gang to go on a cross-country journey to search and rescue him.
