Description of Robert O'Malley (Bert):

A new recruit for the PAPD, O’Malley is a perfectionist in every sense. Despite his devotion to duty, he has a rather self-serving, entitled, and self-righteous personality which grates against his superiors and has also left him estranged from his parents.
