Synopsis

Fifteen years after the Heiji Rebellion, the Heike clan has reached the height of its power, while the Genji clan remains devastated by defeat. Hidden deep within the mountains of Kurama lives Minamoto no Yoshi-tsune, the youngest surviving male heir to the Genji name. However, Yoshi-tsune harbors a deep secret known by very few. A secret which he slowly discovers after meeting a beautiful girl, who started to awakened "something" inside him.

Kiso Yoshinaka's lover and one of Yoshi-tsune's friends. A serious, brave and combative woman, Tomoe lives a samurai life style; following a path of strict discipline and having a willingness to fight to the bitter end. Despite this, Tomoe has a kinder and more feminine side, blushing after being flattered by her male companions. Her most prominent characteristic is her strong sense of justice, being willing to protect the innocent.
