Synopsis

Fifteen years after the Heiji Rebellion, the Heike clan has reached the height of its power, while the Genji clan remains devastated by defeat. Hidden deep within the mountains of Kurama lives Minamoto no Yoshi-tsune, the youngest surviving male heir to the Genji name. However, Yoshi-tsune harbors a deep secret known by very few. A secret which he slowly discovers after meeting a beautiful girl, who started to awakened "something" inside him.

Description of Minamoto no Yoshinaka (Kiso Yoshinaka):

Later known as Kiso Yoshinaka. Yoshi-tsune's cousin and son of Minamoto no Yoshi-taka. He often behaved in a crude manner and was not very good at fighting with intelligence and strategy, but he was so skilled that he could outstrip them. His imposing appearance and his reputation of being undefeatable in battles earned him the nickname "Yoshinaka the Demon". Even if he is part of the Minamoto clan, he is discriminated and hated by the ruling branch of the family because he was part of the cadet branch, and thus he has an inferior status.
