Synopsis

Siren Phillips learns that she will turn into a mermaid when she turns 12 years old. To make matters worse, she discovers that her friend's father is part of a group of hunters trying to catch her in which they attracted attention to the police officers and detectives from the 12th Precinct of the New York City Police Department (NYPD) led by Captain Kate Beckett and her husband Richard Castle.

Description of Detective Javier Espositio (Esposito/Espo):

He is a homicide sergeant of the New York City Police Department at the 12th Precinct with his partner and best friend Kevin Ryan. He is also invloved in the investigation into Gary Witts and his mermaid hunting activity in which he also serves as another Second-in-command to Captain Beckett.
