Synopsis

Fuminori is a college student who survived a car accident that killed his parents, only to wake up to a grotesque world that is engulfed in bloody meat and populated by monsters. As he contemplates suicide in the hospital, he meets Saya, who he sees as a beautiful young girl, however, in reality, she is a horrific extraterrestrial monster whose appearance drives people mad. Due to their circumstances, the two become close and move in together, becoming lovers and incredibly dependent on one another. Sav! The World Productions is planning for a live action adaptation, so this is my dream cast of who should play the characters in live action.

Description of Ryoko Tanbo:

Fuminori's chief physician, whom he has been visiting for regular checkups ever since the accident. She seems to have some connection to Masahiko Ogai, Saya's father.
