Synopsis

The Rowland Sinclair books are a mystery series set in the 1930s. They follow the adventures of privileged artist/amateur detective Rowland Sinclair and his friends: Edna Higgins, a beautiful sculptress (and Rowly's unacknowledged love interest); Clyde, a fellow artist; and Milton a plagiarising poet. The four find murders and scandal both at home and abroad, much to the annoyance of Rowland's older brother Wilfred.
