A gang of four middle-school age extreme sports enthusiasts who live in southern California beach resort town of Ocean Shore, where they enjoy surfing, roller skating, biycicling, street hockey, and other active pastimes. In fact due to the activites in the subject matter, the producers retained a surfer magizne staff member as a language technical consulant to make sure that things like ocean waves and skate park halfpipes worked with some degree of credibillity.
