Synopsis

Married couple Ben and Jasmine find out their youngest son Toby is suffering from sleep paralysis. They chalk up his claims of the mythical creature The Sandman haunting his dreams as a sign of sleep deprivation, which they give him medication for… However the entire family soon finds themselves unable to sleep because of the fear brought upon by The Sandman, who slowly drives them insane.

Description of Ben LaBelle:

Ben is the father of the family. He initially doesn’t believe his son about The Sandman, but soon realizes he was wrong… Over the course of the film, Ben finds himself overwhelmed by the fear caused by The Sandman. This eventually leads to him going fully insane, and murderous towards the rest of the family.
