Synopsis

Homicide detectives in New York are searching for the notorious Driller Killer. A killer who targets any and all ages, with his weapon of choice being a power drill… Kenny Paulson is the lead detective on the case, we see him go on a cat and mouse hunt with The Driller Killer, who’s named Wally Arkin.

Description of Det. Hartigan:

Hartigan is Paulson’s partner. They see The Driller Killer as a just another serial killer, but soon they realize how dangerous he really is… Hartigan disappears midway through the film out of nowhere, it turns out they were captured by Arkin, who subjects them to torture while playing The Beach Boys.
