Synopsis

A return to the pre-Flashpoint Earth 0 of the DC Omniverse, showing how it and the multiverse it is tied to have changed thanks to events such as Convergence and the aftermath of Dark Knights Death Metal., exploring how it is a similar, but bold new world and remind fans of the old still standing with the new. Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Tuppence Terror:

The older of the Terror Twins, Tuppence was born a metahuman, same as her twin brother Tommy, even if it took some time for them to get used to their powers. At 12, they were able to begin a crime spree. At 14, they went to Iron Heights Penitentiary, only to escape. Now with the twins at 17, they continue to cause a great deal of terror, having recent run-ins with the Teen Titans, as well as soon to encounter Young Justice. For Tuppence and her brother, the only thing to them that matters is the thrill of breaking the law.
