Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of The Joker (Jack Napier):

A failing comedian on the side of his work at Ace Chemical, Jack Napier was desperate to provide for his wife Jeannie and their unborn child, so he turned to crime, becoming the Red Hood. But life hit him hard when his wife and child died, and he was knocked into chemicals as the Red Hood by Batman. Being reborn as the Joker, one of the world's deadliest serial killers, Napier now plans to make the world "smile" as he does, sowing carnage and chaos wherever he goes with his twisted sense of humor.
