A return to the pre-Flashpoint Earth 0 of the DC Omniverse, showing how it and the multiverse it is tied to have changed thanks to events such as Convergence and the aftermath of Dark Knights Death Metal., exploring how it is a similar, but bold new world and remind fans of the old still standing with the new. Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of The General (General Wade Eiling):

History wouldn't be kind to Air Force General Wade Eiling. A monster even before his transformation, Eiling blackmailed Nathaniel Adam, leading to the experiment that made him Captain Atom. He also was infamous for back deals with people like Lex Luthor as well as selling super-weapons to America's enemies. When a terminal tumor would end his life, Eiling hatched a plan, leading him to find the body of the Shaggy Man, placing his mind into it, and becoming the General, a formidable foe who is virtually unkillable.
