A return to the pre-Flashpoint Earth 0 of the DC Omniverse, showing how it and the multiverse it is tied to have changed thanks to events such as Convergence and the aftermath of Dark Knights Death Metal., exploring how it is a similar, but bold new world and remind fans of the old still standing with the new. Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of The Flash III (Wally West):

A big fan of Barry Allen's Flash, Wally West would be struck by the same chemicals that Barry was doused in by a lightning bolt to gain super-speed similar to him, and was more in awe when he learned Barry was the Flash. Taking Wally under his wing, Barry trained him as his partner Kid Flash. When Barry would die saving the universe in the first Crisis, Wally would succeed him as the Flash. A team player as a founder of the Teen Titans and a big part of the JLA, Wally is one of the fastest men alive, and has a strong spiritual connection to the Speed Force.
