Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of The Creeper (Split personality of Jack Ryder):

The Creeper is the split personality of Jack Ryder, born when he was injected by Dr. Emil Yatz with his unique nanocell formula. Though believed to be a demon or a side effect of his mother's own mental illness, Jack has realized the Creeper is more or less his darker inclinations, but still having a strong heart to doing the right thing, even as bizarre and wild as he can be. While he is unpredictable with his wild nature, the Creeper has worked well with others, having aided the Justice League as well as joining the Outsiders.
