Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Rubber-Band Man (Adam Evans):

The younger brother of Ivan Evans aka Ebon, Adam worked as a clerk at a record store before joining Ivan's gang during the Big Bang. Early on when his body became living rubber, he went after a rapper who stole a song he wrote, only to be stopped by Static. Over time, Adam has changed the way he is as Rubber-Band Man, seeking to be a hero, and an inspiration for children with dyslexia like himself.
