Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Matthew "Red" Ryan:

Matt "Red" Ryan was once a skilled circus acrobat and daredevil, always living life on the edge. But he never would have expected to have lived when he and three others were in a plane crash that should have killed them. Naturally, Red fits right at home in the Challengers of the Unknown, enjoying the thrill of being a Challenger and facing many unspeakable things. With his agility and quick wit, Red is just as good at fighting as he can be at throwing jokes.
