Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Gorilla Boss (George Dyke):

Mobster George “Boss” Dyke died in the gas chamber of Gotham State prison. On Dyke’s orders, his body was retrieved by members of his own gang and presented to disgraced surgeon Doc Willard. Performing radical surgery, Willard transplanted the hood’s brain into the body of a towering gorilla. Though unable to speak at first, a series of events has given Gorilla Boss the ability to speak, and he still remains a crime boss aiming to expand his empire beyond Gotham City.
