A return to the pre-Flashpoint Earth 0 of the DC Omniverse, showing how it and the multiverse it is tied to have changed thanks to events such as Convergence and the aftermath of Dark Knights Death Metal., exploring how it is a similar, but bold new world and remind fans of the old still standing with the new. Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Surge (Jai West):

One of the twins of Wally West and Linda Park-West, Jai and his sister Iris had been miscarried due to an attack by Zoom, but due to their father's actions, they were safe and delivered. After a trip across reality with their parents after the second Crisis, the twins had grown to be youngsters, and exhibited unique powers due to their connection to the Speed Force. When the Reverse-Flash attacked the Flash family, Iris and Jai's connection was strained, leading Iris to take it all to save Jai. Now thanks to a surge of Speed Force energy, Jai has his powers back, dubbing himself Surge at his dad's suggestion.
