Synopsis

A return to the pre-Flashpoint Earth 0 of the DC Omniverse, showing how it and the multiverse it is tied to have changed thanks to events such as Convergence and the aftermath of Dark Knights Death Metal., exploring how it is a similar, but bold new world and remind fans of the old still standing with the new. Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Blackout (Farooq Amar):

A young man with heritage to the Middle East and America, Farooq Amar was on vacation in India with his family when he was grabbed by forces of the Outsider's and experimented on. The experiments led Farooq to awaken his metagene, becoming a powerful electro conductor. However, he would end up escaping from the Outsider's forces and make his way back to America. Now on the run, Farooq made a makeshift costume and now calls himself Blackout, acting as a superhero. Due to his potential, and to protect him, he has been suggested to JSA Academy after meeting Superman, where he can better learn his powers and the responsibility of being a hero.
