Description of Black Annisia:

Sonja's former companion in Bazrat's dungeons, she was freed with her by King Dimath and became haunted by the ghosts of the people she killed. Annisia returns as the general of an army made up of fishmen, with the objective of isolating the kingdom of Patra to contain a plague that spreads among the inhabitants of the city. Annisia doesn't realize that she is being used by Bazrat, and that the plague is actually a poison created by him.
