Synopsis

Red Hood is in town in which he plans to get revenge on Batman for not saving him from The Joker. But Bruce is away on matters that cannot be avoided and the only person left in Gotham to contend with him is Batgirl aka Barbara Gordon.

Description of Red Hood (Jason Todd):

Jason Todd is back from the dead and attempts to take over the underworld from the various crime bosses of Gotham City. He starts with Salvatore Maroni and has him call a meeting between the various drug dealers of Gotham. As his actions become wilder and wilder he soon becomes confused why The Bat hasn’t attempted to end his plans yet.
