This will serve as a live action remake with a cast that is entirely human and not animal. Maybe instead of a pet chameleon who fell out of a car, Rango could be portrayed as a drifter who cannot remember his name and he wants to be a hero. But he still will name himself after the bottle that says "Hecho en Durango." "RANGO" is basically an homage to classic Western movies. And like in "Chinatown," the town of Dirt is in the middle of a deadly drought and Rango himself suspects a scandal behind it.read more
