Synopsis

Roger Hayden has always been emotionally closed off from the rest of the world. As a child he witnessed his mother get murdered by his psychiatrist father, after that he refused to trust any psychiatrists all throughout his childhood. I’m present day he works at Arkham Asylum, it was the only place that was hiring. He soon comes across an artifact that changes everything. With its powers he can finally let go of the lock around his emotions and he soon becomes a threat to any and all who cross him. He’s The Psycho Pirate.

Description of Dr. Hugo Strange:

No one was able to prove Strange was aiding Hush of his own free will and he was able to keep his job as head of Arkham though he is under through surveillance by Batman constantly. After noticing the change in behavior in Roger after he somehow managed to single handedly calm a riot, he concludes that Roger must be the new criminal who attempted to kill Cat Grant. He offers Roger a chance at revenge and a raise if he continues on his endeavors, Strange gives him a costume and Roger is immediately at home with his new moniker of Psycho Pirate.
