Description of Glytcher:
Glytcher is a gremlin/flea-like Toxic Mutant that is sent by Bigs and Bluefur to cause mayhem by messing with the human's electricity. He has a naughty personality, as he uses it to toy with the Rangers. Glytcher has the ability to jump at high distances and can uses his tools, a screwdriver and a wrench, to mess and tip out electronics to cause chaos. However, his weakness are known to be flour and tickles.
