Synopsis

After the ancient war the portal gates around the world were sealed off & megalithic beasts(Zords) rose up to become the protectors of the gates and Zeo crystals that powered them. Over a Millenia had past and humans had discovered 5 of the hidden gates & Zeo crystals, Trini was taken from her village as she was infused with a Zeo Crystal. After years of being experimented on she is freed by Jason, Billy, Zack & Kimberly who just recently met. They are all selected and are too infused with the crystals. after breaking Trini out of Hart Corps secret labs, the five individuals become hunted by a militia unit. On the run, they journey into the wastelands, lead by Trini’s visions. finding a spacecraft Billy powers it up turning on A.L.P.H.A V an A.I who awakens Zordon. A being from a higher dimension, Zordon explains to the 5 that they have been chosen by the Zords to gain access to the original power source known as the Morphing Grid. Elsewhere Hart Corp scientists were investigating a surge that had appeared since the crystals activation, they unleash a powerful sorceress known as Rita and her loyal followers, killing the scientists now hunting those infused with the crystals. The crystals activation, awoken many others who aim to reopen the portals and release the imprisoned ‘Mad God’ Maligore. The Power Rangers must learn to control their new found powers by training at their gates villages in order the master the way of their Zord to defend the world and guard the gates.

Description of Jason Lee Scott (Red Ranger):

Jason grew up in the pacific islands with his researcher parents and their unit. Jason’s parents located the Gate of the Dinosaur with its Zeo Crystal. A young Jason accidentally releases a entity trapped in a golden Urn, Jason’s father possessed with the entity begins to kill his unit before being put down. Jason, brought back to Neo Angel City and placed into the foster system, blaming himself for his fathers death he grew to become a soldier. But when stationed at Hart Corporations underground facilities, he meets Trini, Zack, Billy and Kimberly and decides to help them escape, he is chosen to become the Red Ranger with the Tyrannosaurus as his Zord.
