Synopsis

La humanidad ha alcanzado nuevas fronteras en la exploración espacial. Un equipo de jóvenes astronautas es elegido para embarcarse en una misión para colonizar un nuevo sistema solar, pero su nave es repentinamente atacada por una misteriosa alianza de villanos, compuesta por Rita Repulsa, Goldar y Rito Revolto, que buscan controlar los recursos de estos planetas recién descubiertos, Zordon un antiguo mentor de los Power Rangers detecta la amenaza y decide reclutar a estos jóvenes para convertirlos en los Power Rangers. Cada uno de ellos recibe un Morpher especial que les otorga poderes, como la capacidad de controlar tecnología avanzada y adaptarse a ambientes extraterrestres.
