Synopsis

When five estranged high school friends—Jason, Trini, Zack, Kimberly, and Billy—unexpectedly discover ancient Power Coins on a school trip, where they are mentored by Zordon to become the Power Rangers and protect Earth from the evil sorceress Rita Repulsa. Struggling with their own personal issues and broken friendships, the teens must learn to work together and embrace their roles as heroes. With the fate of Angel Grove hanging in the balance, they unite to stop Rita and her monstrous forces, rediscovering the power of friendship and teamwork along the way.

Description of Zack Taylor (Black Ranger):

Zack is a charismatic and carefree 17-year-old who thrives on being the center of attention, both at school and on social media. While he enjoys his reputation as the life of the party, Zack secretly battles self-doubt and struggles with his academic challenges due to dyslexia. Once close with his former friends, he drifted away in search of popularity. As the Black Ranger, Zack learns the value of responsibility, loyalty, and being true to himself and his friends.
