Synopsis

One day, as all laid peaceful in the PokePark, many mysterious rings emerged from the sky and swept up the park's residents in their grip! Before he even knew it, Pikachu and his friends found themselves at a mysterious carnival run by Hoopa and their caretaker Blacephalon, who intend to keep Pikachu's friends captive so Hoopa can have friends of their own. After failing to save his friends and barely avoiding being captured by Hoopa, Pikachu meets Eevee—another young Pokemon who had also lost her friends to Hoopa's clutches—and together, the two of them brave Hoopa's nine-ring circus in order to stop Hoopa's tricks and rescue their friends! ‖ Fancast for a hypothetical Pokepark sequel. Description of Raboot (English Dub):

Raboot is one of the lost Pokemon you meet in Ring of Swiftness. He's an incredibly fast runner who spends his days training non-stop. In fact, it seems like that's all he ever thinks about, which is why he ended up here—he got caught in a ring while too focused on running. After beating him in a race, you can befriend him and tag him in for certain attractions.
