Synopsis

A group of nomads looking for a new home after a disaster from beyond the stars devastated their old one, a clan of survivors seeking sanctuary in the midst of a brutal war, and a team of scholars and explorers seeking answers to prevent a great oncoming tragedy. What do these three groups all have in common? They all resided in the history-laden Sleeping Ruins at different points in history! But when our team of archaeologists stumbles upon a strange site that they believe holds the answers they seek, they're suddenly flung into the distant past or future, and must now survive this strange world and retrieve their scattered ranks with help from locals of that time, all while searching for answers to their present-day problem... ‖ fancast for a hypothetical PMD game. Description of Foongus (English Dub):

One of the teammates you have to rescue in Voyages of the Past. Foongus is a biologist who first came to notice the warning signs of the disaster after seeing how it affected the local wildfire, and they were the one to bring it to the broader world's attention. Thus, they were signed onto your team in order to bring this disaster to a premature end, despite their extreme nerves at such a daunting task.
