Description of Red (The Champion):

Red is the First trainer we see and is the protagonist of Pokémon Journeys (1st series). He is one of the 3 trainers endorsed by Professor Oak, with his best friend turned Rival Blue and new come friend Green. He sets out with his partner Charmander, to fulfill his dream of becoming Kantos champion and become a Pokémon master just like his father Ash Ketchum. On his journey he meets and defeats different trainers, catched many different Pokémon, and even defeated the mafia gang team rocket. Red gained his title of “The Champion” from his natural given battle prowess and understanding of his Pokémon, being a member of the master trio in Pokémon history.
