This is a biography of Mandisa, told by the many people she worked with and befriended, for a documentary to honor their beloved friend's memory. She a female Contemporary Christian singer who appeared on American Idol, but sadly passed away on April 18th, 2024. No one knows how she died, but she's uplifted the hearts of countless people with her songs . . . especially her 2013 hit Overcomer, telling you that whatever it is you're going through, you are not gonna let it get the best of you. Because you are an overcomer, fighting the fight till the final round. That is what Mandisa was. An overcomer.
