Synopsis

Jeremy Blaire is Murkoff's Executive Vice President of Global Development, the head of Mount Massive Asylum and Project Walrider and is one of the key individuals behind the Morphogenic Engine experiments. Jeremy Blaire is an arrogant, greedy and corrupt man who cared more about the potential windfall of Murkoff's brutal experiments than their victims.
