It's 1984, Max was an investigative journalist who left his career behind after a painful past. Having settled in the sunny beaches of Miami to try and move on. However, a mysterious envelope arrives for him, containing an old photograph from Max's investigative journalism days. The docu triggers a flood of memories, leading Max to revisit a dark and unsolved case from his past that has haunted him for years. As he starts investigating, he becomes embroiled in a complex web of corruption, conspiracy, and danger.
