  • autobotsonicfan2007 (This scene takes place in the 40s, around the time Casper was invented. Casper never had friends, even off-camera. And Oswald notices him as he floats by) Oswald: Hey, Woody. Felix. Who's the blanket? Woody Woodpecker: Oh, him? He's the new guy. Casper the Friendly Ghost. Felix: More like the Friendless Ghost. Popeye: Felix! Oswald: Why did you call him that? Felix: Ghosts are meant to be spooky, creepy, ghastly. Casper . . . isn't any of those things. Woody Woodpecker: He's nice, and fun, but being a ghost makes it hard for him to find a friend, since the description Felix gave is what people see when Casper floats by. Take a gander. (Oswald sees Casper sadly float by a Universal worker.) Worker: GHOOOOOOSST!!!!! AAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!! (runs away) Casper (sighs sadly)
