This is an American version of the 2021 anime. It looks the same as the original series but with some slight differences. For instance, the setting has been changed to Manhattan, NYC. Plus, the characters are now of American descent, so in case you don't know who's who, I will include the original character's name in brackets to help you understand who's who.

Description of Smith Kahn (Shigeru Kuroda):
He's the don for a New York mafia family and the superior of Drew Underhill and Harvey Yates. Despite all of his crimes, he's secretly the founder of an organization to help victims of car accidents. He passes away at the end of the series. He is based on Shigeru Kuroda.
