Synopsis

In the 1830s, estate agent Thomas Hutter (Bill Skarsgård) to Transylvania for a fateful meeting with Count Orlok (Timothée Chalamet), a prospective client. In his absence, Hutter's new bride, Ellen (Sydney Sweeney), is left under the care of their friends, Friedrich (Adam Driver) and Anna Harding (Anya Taylor-Joy). Plagued by horrific visions and an increasing sense of dread, Ellen soon encounters an evil force that's far beyond her control.

Description of Friedrich Harding:

Alongside Thomas Hutter, Friedrich Harding is the only one to survive Orlok's rampage, with even his wife Anna becoming a victim of the Count. After Orlok's body is thrown out to sea, Friedrich decides to dedicate the rest of his days to hunting down and exterminating any and all vampires in Germany, knowing Orlok wasn't the last.
