Description of The Ronin (Future Michelangelo):
In a dark, dystopian future New York, the last of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fights a one-turtle war against the forces of Oroku Hiroto and Mr. Null to avenge his family and everyone he’s lost. As it turns out, the Ronin’s true identity is none other than Michelangelo. The trauma of losing everyone he loved completely broke Mikey, to the point where he’s colder, more brutal, and more pragmatic. In his final battle with Oroku Hiroto, the darker Mikey finds himself plucked from his future and sent to the past when he and his brothers were still teenagers. He believes this is his chance to set things right by preventing Null’s rise to power.
