Synopsis

The Purbas are back! When Nanda embarks on a solo trip to Bandung, she befriends the Purba siblings: Domu, Sarma, Gabe, and Sahat after an incident on a fishing trip. She comes to Bandung after stumbling upon Sarma's cookbook on Batak cuisine, and wants to master the recipe for mie gomak, for her upcoming cooking test. However, Nanda's presence is not favored by Pak Domu, the Purba family matriarch. However, the Purba family matriarch, Mak Domu, is a kind-hearted woman who hates conflict. Nanda has an amicable relationship with her and Sarma, as well as Domu's fiancee, Neny. Sahat never believes in love and only considers Nanda a friend. He's never had a girlfriend and doesn't even have female friends. Nanda, however, desperately wants her and Sahat to be more than friends. Upon hearing this revelation, Sahat agrees to help Nanda find the secret recipe for mie gomak hidden deep in a cave. Their journey is far from easy, though: they have to face Pak Domu's friends in the lapo: Edwin, Andri, and Tivi. They try to manipulate Nanda to cheat at the cooking test back in Tangerang, which is due next week. Will Nanda succeed in her test? Will she make Sahat believe in love and also be able to fund her parents' pilgrimage to Mecca? Find out in "Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap 2", coming to cinemas November 2025!
