Synopsis

Miles Morales (Spider-Man II) and Kamala Khan (Ms. Marvel) team up to investigate an Inhuman/Terrigen-Crystal trafficking ring. In the process, they meet mysterious new hero called American Dream. The three heroes soon learn there is something much bigger at play, and decide to work together, along with other young heroes, to fight the evil forces behind everything.

Description of Winter Soldier (James 'Bucky' Barnes):

James 'Bucky' Barnes was Captain America's closest friend during WWII, but supposedly died in a battle against a group of super-powered Nazis. Baron Zemo, along with HYDRA scientist Arnim Zola discovered Barnes's body, and revived him, brainwashing him into working for them as the Winter Soldier. He originally works for Zemo and his Cabal, but when his clone, American Dream, is able to break his brainwashing enough to speak to him, Barnes joins the fight against Zemo.
