Description of Mr. Negative (Martin Li):

Primary villain of the second movie. Martin Li is May's boss at F.E.A.S.T. and runs for mayor in the second movie. Peter discovers he has a Jekyll and Hyde complex and the latter is the evil leader of the inner demon gang, Mr. Negative. After the final battle Peter defeats him in a batte on the subconscious level, appealing to Martin Li's humanity. He holds off his own inner demon long enough for Peter to get May and Mary Jane to safety before letting the building collapse on him to end Mr. Negative once and for all.
