Synopsis

12 years after the events of dino charge, the dino energems were lost once more in order to keep the power safe from lord dark sun. but when lord dark sun emerges once more, planning to plunge the earth into a eternal ice age, amber hills high students kirstin, alex, grace, tobey and ash bond with the energems once more , becoming the new dino charge rangers in order to protect the earth once more.

son of a famous palentologist, tobey never really had a normal life. he never had a permanent home, traveling from place to place due to his father's expeditions. but when his father takes permanent residence at amber hills dinosaur museum, tobey is able to build a friendship with his fellow cafe staff , eventually becoming a ranger alongside them.
