Lou Wright is known as a very strict yet classy woman. Given that she is the head of an elite school, she does not easily bend Rainbow High's rules in anyone's favor. She tends to have a hard, emotionless exterior. However, she does seem to have a softer side as she shows actual disappointment when she decides to expel Bella Parker. She also shows hints of pride when the girls finish their runway show in the finale.
