Michelle Christine Trachtenberg was an American actress who first appeared in commercials at age three and made her television debut on Nickelodeon's The Adventures of Pete & Pete. She became a child star with her role in the 1996 film Harriet the Spy and went on to have notable roles in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Gossip Girl, and Ice Princess. In Ice Princess, she played a determined teen pursuing her figure skating dreams
