Synopsis

In the year 200X, Doctors Light and Wily created a super robot named Mega Man. Mega Man was made to defend humanity. Soon Wily ends up betraying Light and pairs up with aspiring war monger and ambitious militaristic brute M Bison and his underling Xander Payne. With the help of Bison and Payne, Wily steals three of Lights other super robots. Now Mega Man has to beat these evil forces and bring this trio to justice.

After Being abandoned by M Bison, Wily is left alone. That is until another doctor, with a clock on his chest approaches Wily about a plan that would allow him to get back at Mega Man.
