Synopsis

I am thinking if the MCU was cancelled and Disney announced they were rebooting the Marvel Universe on film in the same vein as James Gunn's new DCU. In my 'Phase 1' (which will be 'Chapter 1') the movies will consist of adaptations of Stan Lee's original works from the 60s; Fantastic Four, Hulk, Spider-Man, Iron Man, Ant-Man, Thor, Doctor Strange, Captain America, X-Men, the Avengers & Daredevil. Whilst other character would obviously be featured in the movies, I have only selected to cast the most significant major heroes and villains.

  • kccasting RDJ is difficult to recast. But Colin Farrell seemed so perfect as the character that I'm surprised that Jon Favreau didn't consider him in 2008! Not only has he pulled off the infamous Stark goatee in the past, but like RDJ, he was an actor who went through some very public demons involving hard partying and substances in his youth. He is also well known enough to be a convincing lead for this universe.
