Description of The Punisher (Garth Castle):

A former SAS elite black-ops soldier of Korean and Scottish descent, Garth Castle is methodical, disciplined, and merciless when it comes to justice. After uncovering a covert military op that led to the brutal death of his partner and family, Garth rejects the system and takes justice into his own hands. Haunted by his past but focused on a mission, he wages a one-man war against organized crime and corruption. Unlike Frank Castle, Garth is more strategic, often relying on infiltration, psychological warfare, and cutting-edge tech as much as raw firepower.
