Synopsis

Widely regarded as one of the greatest films of all time, this mob drama, based on Mario Puzo's novel of the same name, focuses on the powerful Italian-American crime family of Don Vito Corleone. When the don's youngest son, Michael, reluctantly joins the Mafia, he becomes involved in the inevitable cycle of violence and betrayal. Although Michael tries to maintain a normal relationship with his wife, Kay, he is drawn deeper into the family business.

Description of Constanzia "Connie" Corleone:

Constanza "Connie" Corleone was born in New York City in 1922, the daughter of Sicilian immigrants Vito and Carmela Corleone. She was spoiled as a child, and she met her brother's friend Carlo Rizzi at her father's surprise birthday party in 1941, falling in love with him. They married in a Sicilian-style ceremony at the Corleone Compound in August 1945, and the couple moved into an apartment in Hell's Kitchen.
